Catch Reports
Killingworth lake has no re-opened See WACAC web site for details.
. Ken Snell has had a 15 lb fish from Menteith during the recent PAC event were he partnered D Cowell who blanked.
Davey Graham has returned from his trip to Chateau lake in France with a respectable return of 3 fish to 35 lbs which is just about sums up that a trip to France does not mean easy fishing. well done Dave it sounds as though you grafted for every take.
Andy Macintosh ahs finally bagged himself a bass from the Torness power station area. Andy has just came back from Venacher where the latest report was of a estimated 18lb fish and the usual tale of woe about left tackle at home i.e scales, Rods, reels, bait etc.
November match was held at St Marys loch with a overnight stay at the Tibbie Shields Inn. an excellent weekend but the fishing was poor with only one fish landed all weekend which fell to tom Broderick weighing in at 8lbs 4 oz

Tyneside Dirt Box
Latest gossip & rumours from the Macintosh/Langman diaries.

Apparently the bailiff of Killy lake was reported to the authorities not for fishing when the Lake was closed due to Blue algae but due to the fact that the bogey he uses to tow behind his bike was unfit for the road as one of the pram wheels flew off some weeks a go causing the rider to be discharged onto the pavement dislodging the frozen chicken from teh cargo basket and being run over by the number 64 bus. You couldn't make it up honestly.
Finally if you have any news/dirt to dish please see Martin Langman or Andy Mac in the toilets who will only be to glad to buy you a pint for any info!
